Jamie provides personalized 1:1 mentorship, carefully crafted to align with your distinct curiosities and objectives. By drawing upon her knowledge of mental health and her experience working with the emotional body, she empowers you with the strategies to navigate your emotional reality and transcend limitations stemming from unprocessed pain in your life.
My Somatic Journey is rooted in the belief that healing comes from within. We encourage self-exploration and mindfulness to cultivate lasting change. From individual sessions to group classes, there's something for every-BODY to explore.
Jamie is a Certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner, RYT-200 Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Event Coordinator, and Singer/Songwriter. Through her own Somatic Journey, she has overcome anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief from living in an abusive relationship for 17 years. She understands the complexities and stresses of domestic violence recovery as well as what it takes to co-parent with her abuser. And she has learned the tools to process pent-up emotions before they become a larger problem in her body. Jamie believes in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and well-being. Her mission is to provide the tools and resources necessary for a balanced and fulfilling life.
